Bad communication, awful pipeline - Artist The Mill Employee Review

The overtime pay policy is pathetic. They expect you to work for 10 hours unpaid. Only overtime after 10hours is paid. The salaries are already very low and then to expect free overtime is just shocking. If you want to get paid for overtime, your only option is to work during the weekend. While this is still a new company, there is no excuse for this exasperating pipeline and just shocking overall project management. Communication between departments is difficult due to no proper tools. There is no proper workflow. Computers are slow, in-house tools are full of bugs, their food options are stingy and they overwork and underpay artists. Some of the runners are really rude.
