      You get to build relationships with at risk youth and impact their lives in a special way.

      Cons

      You interact with at risk youth which could sometimes be a risk to your own personal safety. Salary is weak as a childcare counselor but I guess it might be just okay for Georgia cost of living.

      This is the healthiest work environment I have ever worked in! The people and support are amazing!

      It was a joy working with the kids.

      Cons

      There are no consquences for the youths in that facility, and no regards for the staff.
