Most employees are great to work with. Excellent orientation. One star is just because of these two factors.

Inappropriate and poor nursing management; even abusive. employees don't feel safe or as if they can have a voice because anyone who speaks up about the upper management of nursing is suddenly not working there anymore. HR rep. Supports the poor management and firing of really good employees. Awful place to work. High turnover for employees hired in last few years. People that are there a long time are already vested too much financially to leave.
