      Pros

      Pay was better than most comparable companies, but you are working 12 hours shifts no matter what.

      Cons

      Bad management and support for team members. Management lets too much bickering and infighting between team members go on. Team members are allowed to be late every day without being disciplined for example.

      Pros

      Able to work with clients independently throughout the day and not have your supervisor constantly on checking on you.

      Cons

      Hard to get a hold of supervisor and staff at location and on mobile. Consistently left messages for anyone to call me back.
