      Pros

      Great flexibility, as a college student I was able to work around my course schedule and earn some extra cash. The team had people from all walks of life and really felt like a family. It's an employee owned business - so after a few years I was even able to earn shares in the company.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for upward growth, they do tend to promote from within but full time positions are hard to come by

      Pros

      I loved working at Mast! I was a college student at App State and it was the perfect summer job. You get to meet people from all around the world as well as continue on the Mast General Store traditions. They work with your schedule and are very understanding.

      Cons

      I don't have that many downsides. Depending on your schedule it can be really long days sometimes with only one break.
