      The company could hire more people to lighten the load on full-time employees.

      Pros

      Great Internal Team, lots of cool opportunities to work cool events, lots of hands on experience.

      Cons

      Need to really find opportunities to contribute whether it is project based or in the office. Don't be afraid to offer help on specific projects, especially when you know you have the skills to help out (excel, Google Sheets, Canva).
