      1. Bad business operation (too many process leads to difficulties for owner to get the job done) 2. Toxic culture with toxic people who live for long time 3. Hierarchy with less career path opportunities 4. Low welfare and benefits

      Pros

      Coworkers are the best. There are no racism.

      Cons

      Benefits are not that great. All they think about is how to make money (mostly the higher ups) All they think about they save money and doesn't think about the employees especially with the Covid. And doesn't even think about the solution of having the gas prices go up until most of the employees complain if atleast 2 times a week can work from home.
