      Pros

      Great community out reach and involvement. A lot of children from less fortunate communities are able to come here because the magic house raises money for them too.

      Cons

      Extremely poor management. Too much nepotism. Unequal pay. If you aren't related to someone in upper management sadly this job will not be worth your time. Middle management also needs to be reviewed.

      Very accommodating for teenagers and high school/sports schedules. Have learned this is very rare in St. Louis!

      At times communication can be a challenge.

      Some shifts can be long, but they are well broken up with breaks, and the time passes fast
