The environment is extremely toxic, and you will quickly begin to feel undervalued and disrespected. The core problem lies with three main individuals who hold significant control over the company, making it difficult for anyone to thrive here.
For those just starting their career, it's especially important to steer clear of this place. They question every employee’s worth, constantly asking for salary justifications, which creates a stressful and demoralizing atmosphere. My colleagues and I had a terrible experience, with many leaving the company without even receiving their salaries due to the level of toxicity.
There’s no sense of respect, motivation, or support in this workplace. Overall, it was the worst professional experience I’ve ever had, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same.
