There are some long term employees that have really stuck it out over the years and work together.
Cons
Poor leadership has really robbed the facility of what it could be. Tends to be a negative work environment/culture because of the changes/challenges provided by poor leadership/management over the years. The administration lacks compassion, awareness of their staff being so challenged and appears too focused on “budget” rather than facilitating an atmosphere for their staff to learn, grow and contribute to better care.
