      The work environment is amazing. Good payscale and increments provided by the company. There are good opportunities for career growth. My experience with MDC Group Of Companies is good.

      Pros

      There are not any pros to this this company, because they are embezzling money that is owed to contractors.

      Cons

      This is by far the worst company ever. They have not paid any contractors since November 2023. They refuse to answer emails, phone calls, etc. They scam you out of work and refuse to pay for completed labor.
