Pros
- Open communication between all levels and between teams. - Constant availability for meeting with leads/managers to review progress and bring up questions/concerns - Full remote employment support including shipping you full office setup (3 monitors, laptop, accessories, chair, etc...) - C-level leadership is very communicative and hosts functions for those in the area near the HQ - Mentorship is easy, everyone in the company is ready and willing to share what they know and not keep it to themselves - People within leadership do what they can to help you achieve your goals vice vie advancement/education - Salaried position with good amount of paid time off - Numerous communication methods for getting information disseminated out
Cons
- No 4 10 hr shifts (literally that is the only con I can think of at this time)
