      Great colleagues, really nice people to bounce ideas off and grow

      Terminated probabtion 25 days early. Promised support and long-term development, but feedback and expectations were inconsistent. Early praise turned into sudden dismissal with no prior concerns raised. Hard work, initiative, and a strong lead in week two went unacknowledged in final meeting A missed opportunity to properly coach and assess someone genuinely eager to grow.
