      Pros

      Coworkers are nice, magazine is beautifully done and if it is managed correctly it can grow exponentially.

      Cons

      No room for professional growth or development, unless it's your first "real" job. Pay is well below industry average, almost to the point of being insulting. If you aren't coming right out of college and don't mind low pay and just need something for your resume, or you are hired as a manager (where pay is liveable), there's really no point to working here.

      The online workspace is well-organized, and co-workers are fast, clear communicators. Welcoming environment for newcomers, and dedicated to giving each intern a personalized educational work experience.

      Cons

      Their internship positions do not offer any internal growth in the company, and they are all unpaid.
