Pros

Decent training and fun people.

Cons

If you are okay living on minimum wage and putting a ton of miles on your vehicle then this may be the job for you. Every team has a book manager who distributes leads to the sales reps. The problem with this is the managers are in direct competition to earn a paycheck as they are not compensated for managing so they take all the best (money) leads. Also, if a client from the prior year drops their ad or has a problem, you take the drop and make zero money (it happens a lot) THIS IS NOT A $50,000 a year job and there are so many reasons they can't keep reps for more than a few months but that is a corporate issue that they do not want to address. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone! PS they will tell you that this review is from a disgruntled employee who didn't want to work; I can assure you I worked and made a lot of money for this company, unfortunately I made very little.

I am sorry you had a bad experience, but to clarify manager are compensated for managing. They get a bonus based on retention of their team, a bonus based on the performance of their team and how well there team does in the market. It would be horrible if a manager didnt manage their people. You are responsible for the leads you are assigned. If a client drops their advertising, you are responsible for that amount. you have over 80 plus new business accounts. This job is not a 50k job if you do not perform. I have over 60% of the company making over 60K a year as a outside sales professional

Pros

From day one I felt very welcomed and part of the team. Training is provided based on need so I was not stuck in a classroom for weeks like in other jobs.

Cons

Building is older and in need of an update. 90 days to qualify for holiday pay. 1 year before PTO.

Pros

Being able to Travel to many different states.

Cons

They did not reimburse any job expenditures, just before I was let go, they did start doing up to $100 per week in gas reimbursement. No other job related expenses, of which there are many.
