      Pros

      Colleagues nice to work with and good way to get experience with lots of different things in small company. Flexible job with opportunity to work from home. Good role for experience before moving on to something else.

      Cons

      Low pay. Not many opportunities for growth. Working from home can be isolating as you’ll never meet most colleagues in person.

      The Local is a great platform for the international community with great people working internally and doing the best they can with little to no budgets to help the company grow.
