Great place to work - Management The Lindgren Group Employee Review

Just started working here and enjoy it so far.

Wish I had more time off, but I have not been here long enough to accrue much.

The pay is good, The employees are hard working individuals, even supervisors are good people who want the best for the plant

Upper Management including (HR) is extremely poor, they will make crazy outlandish rules and regulations and expect you to just put up with it. They state they will train their employees and then neglect to train you and will write you up later when you make mistake.
