Pros

Working at the library you work with some great trainers and you meet lots of amazing clients who are really willing to put in the hard work. You'll be taught the basics of nutrition on 2 different diet plans which most of the clients are on and you'll work across some beautiful venues across London. Once you pass the "junior" phase you'll be based in one of their 3 venues but until then you can expect to work across all 3 throughout the week.

Cons

The basic pay is low until you pass from "Junior" to "level 1". You have less than 2 months to do this and if you don't pass the probation period they will dock £1000 from your final paycheck for "training costs". No formal certification for this training as it is performed in house and it is only recognised by The Library Gym. From my experience, it seemed like management were happy to hold you back from passing the "junior" phase as being on the lower pay grade and having to do shifts across all the venues covering senior trainers who are on holiday suits them.
