Pros

Clients and staff. Some flexibility with hours. A clear progression path but not worth it as you would have to deal with the boss and would just eventually leave because of her anyway.

Cons

Constant degrading and demotivating comments especially if you make a mistake. There is no such thing as confidentiality amongst managers. They will happily gossip about staff to each other and to the team, which naturally gets back to the person leaving them embarrassed and upset. This is partly the reason why there is a complete lack of morale amongst the team. Hypocrisy is unbelievable - management are all female so they have their own set of rules and male staff have to suck it up. The boss is probably the worst person I have ever met. Outright rude, offensive and greedy. Sales are too aggressive and if unsuccessful then the client is subjected to a long string of insults and staff are "useless" and "lazy". Some of the reason why there is such a high staff turnover: - Constant micromanaging. - Unpaid compulsory staff training which can last for 2 whole days and no day's in lieu. - Unpaid sick days. - All job benefits have been scrapped (free supplements up to £50, 'Fun Friday' outings once a month to allow the team to bond, FUN Christmas parties - we used to go to cool places and now we just spend them in the gym).
