      Pros

      They have benefits and discounts for people with kids. A good place to get some experience working with children.

      Cons

      Hours are long and stressful. Pay raises are infrequent to never. No formal training other than conventions and meetings. High expectations that just add to the stress of the job.

      Pros

      Good people, students are very receptive to instruction. Felt good to give back to my community.

      Cons

      Only open Tuesdays and Thursdays in the evening, with LA traffic it can be hard to reach.
