Working at The Learning Tree so far has been an outstanding experience! More than any place I’ve worked at I truly feel that the owner (Chavie) does whatever she can to ensure that in addition to our clients receiving the best possible ABA, the staff receive positive reinforcement as well. The small things such as birthday cards, staff appreciation events, and celebrating holidays are fantastic and I feel very much appreciated. Pay is also excellent. In addition, they will help you with accruing hours towards BCBA certification.
