staff and assistant manager are amazing and work well

there are some weekends through the month staff have to work on events

The other staff members are great and so supportive of one another.

The management does not care about the staff unless you’re one of their friends or family members. They would rather sit in the office and hangout than actually do their jobs, they care more about the money than the kids and teachers, unless you’re certain teachers or one of the favorite kids. Truly one of the most cliquey places I’ve ever worked. They continuously over enroll classes and leave teachers with too many kids. It is extremely unorganized and there is no follow through with anything. You can’t try to talk to the owners either, they will make excuses for everything and continue to fire the people in management that actually care and do their jobs instead of actually doing anything about what continues to happen on a daily basis.
