      Patronising management Dull and repetitive work Zero hours contracts Poor wages Not allowed to chat to other colleagues Inconsistent disciplinary decisions Interviewers treated as the poor relative of all other TLF staff based on company rewards etc No progression

      Pros

      - Remote working so good to work around university or other commitments.

      Cons

      - They fire you if you don't meet your targets. However, these aren't necessary up to you, rather the willingness of the callers to participate. - Very boring, repetitive work as you read off the same script for 4+ hours.
