The expectations of every employee are high and depending on your position you may not feel you make enough to be held to that standard.

- Clean & safe environment to work - Consistent and busy (during my time) - Quality food and quality drinks - Structured - Family meals provided by BOH prior to shift start - Owners on a personal level were always kind and fair - Most of the people working here are genuinely rad away from work, but it never felt like a team between BOH and FOH.

- Earning potential is lower than other comparable businesses but requires much more in terms of time commitment and sacrifice - Clientele can sometimes be sub-optimal and outright condescending - Lots of turnover prior to and during my employment - Shifts are relatively early for what is a slow start and a late finish - Management put more value on opinions from BOH than FOH - Was treated as less knowledgeable and less important by management than our BOH counterparts.
