Friendly director of operations, other BCBAs are so helpful, RBTs are well trained, families are sweet, and the benefits are good

I wish they had more centers

- Support from supervisors and staff (if you ask!) - Free materials (they have a TON! you are free to take and return as you please) - Materials reimbursement if you buy your own - Gas/cancellation pay for full-time (I was not full-time though)

- Supervisors can get complacent if you do not ask for support/help when you need it, this place is suitable for RBTs with more experience - 'Work life balance' can get kinda iffy, but it comes with being an RBT in general. There can be a lot of emailing back and forth, a bit of making sure you are knowledgeable enough to implement treatment plans effectively, and overall just being in correspondence to stakeholders and your supervisor(s)
