Pros
1. The work environment is very friendly. People at the headquarter are generally very helpful, especially the curriculum team. 2. You can meet students from all over the world and have multi-cultural experience. 3. Have a lot of freedom in terms of teaching or making lesson plans as long as you meet the objectives.
Cons
1. Low payment. They only pay you 5 hours of teaching and 1:30 preparation. Normally it will take you more than 1:30 to make five hours lesson plans. 2. Some centers are not organized, so you have to write you own lesson plan every level. Basically, you need to spend at least 3 hours making lesson plans and 5 hours teaching, but they only pay you 6:50 hours a day.
