Mixed experience - Researcher The Lab Insight and Strategy Employee Review

Really enjoyed my time at the Lab. The company culture is brilliant. There’s a great work life balance, the projects are interesting, and they really champion you - making sure you’re on projects that align with your interests and you’re getting the experience to further your goals. They think outside of the box and are truly creative in the methodologies used and deliverables for their clients which makes work always exciting

No major cons, the only slight drawback is that the company is a little bit top heavy which makes it difficult to see pathways for progression within the company
