Great work environment, good people and you are not micro-managed. Miss them all.

Can't say that there were any.

- Flexibility with hours and empathy for life situations - Mobility throughout the company to work in different departments - Energetic CEO with great vision and aspirations - Lots of gatherings, convenings, and bonding - Easy job, low stress, weekly pay

- Employees working with the company are family so professional issues become personal - Employees who are family members or affiliates are allowed to do things that other employees are not allowed to do; there is no continuity in policies or procedures. - All company reviews are written by family members and or affiliates so the company looks great but in turn, has many internal challenges. - I would not recommend this company to anyone who is Black. The retention of Black employees is below 10%. Poor diversity and inclusion practices - Lots of gossip by the company's leadership about employees and lots of gossip throughout the company - Poor health insurance, benefits, and commission - Lack of experience and maturity from some of company leadership (i.e. 21 y/o managers/directors, etc.) - Poor treatment of the company's recruiters - This job should be remote as it does not require a lot and can be done from home
