Center manager - Center Manager The LASIK Vision Institute Employee Review

Where do I start. First - they lie about earning potential. Unethical, do not care about their staff at all! Money money money! No care for the patient or their outcomes as long as they get their money. Worst job I've ever had and after leaving found out they are known in the industry for being unethical and unprofessional. I have swayed SEVERAL people to not take jobs with them by sharing my experience. The people they have in area manager positions are a joke. They lie and deceive to get what they want. Miss my staff there though. It's so sad. I wish I could save them.....
