EVERYTHING!! Low pay, Mean owners. Mrs. Han is crazy. She shouldn't be in operating position. She doesn't know anything about broadcasting. Mr. Han doesn't really care except his money. At the time when I worked there, most of the employees were from Korea. They hired them as interns with very low pay. Force them to work for the company for sponsoring their VISAs... Most of the interns don't know about the company at first but later they learn they made terrible mistakes.
