Pros

If you need a temporary job to get your feet wet, then this might be an "ok" place for you.

Cons

Low wages and endless work. Not even a proper weekend to enjoy. I would have not cared to work extra hours for my project and within my duties. But here, you are required to do it all even if it's not in your contract. Sales, support, training, answering the phone, dealing with angry teachers who yell at you because of a lack of support from other departments. Not only you don't get two weekend days off, but also you need to come on a weekend for "meetings". Most internal meetings are scheduled minutes from the end of day work to keep you around even longer.

Pros

Knowledge Hub is a fantastic place to work if you are passionate about education and eager to contribute to student success. The skills and experiences I gained here have been invaluable. Comprehensive Training: As a trainer and customer experience specialist, I received thorough training that equipped me with the necessary skills to excel in my role. The support and resources provided were exceptional.Innovative Educational Tools: The use of advanced tools like Reading Eggs, Mathletics, AI Pilot, and Technokids projects made the work environment exciting and dynamic. It was rewarding to see the positive impact these tools had on students.Collaborative Work Environment: The team at Knowledge Hub fosters a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Colleagues are always willing to share knowledge and assist each other, which creates a positive and productive work culture.Professional Development: There are ample opportunities for professional growth and learning. Regular workshops, seminars, and training sessions are conducted to help employees stay updated with the latest educational trends and technologies.Student-Centric Approach: Working with Knowledge Hub, you truly feel like you are making a difference in students' lives. The focus on student success and development is deeply ingrained in the company’s ethos.

Cons

High Workload: During peak times, the workload can be quite heavy, requiring extra hours and effort. This can sometimes lead to a challenging work-life balance.Resource Availability: Occasionally, there may be delays in accessing certain resources or tools needed for training sessions, which can hinder the smooth execution of planned activities.Communication Gaps: There can be occasional communication gaps between different departments, which may lead to misunderstandings or delays in project completion.

Pros

This is the WORST company ever to be working with in the UAE, the company is NOT AT ALL flexible with employee, they try to create this fake environment that they care but they don’t care at all. I have seen people absconding (Leaving without service notice period), they terminate people who are aged, if people serve notice they take compensation of visa expenses from employees future employer, etc. All my time in the hell I got salary deductions, never full salary was given to me even I worked more than 10 hours a day I was never compensated for that overtime. I am going to file a labor complaint against them if they will ever try to play with my career in UAE!

Cons

I worked for almost 11 hours daily because they were burdening me with 20 years of work, because no one has worked in this 20 years they are burdening me for others work. I want anyone who is reading this review to go find better job or a job with even less salary than this because this job is no good for you believe me. They should be banned from working in the UAE due to bad workplace ethics.
