      The worst company to work; commission 70/30 + 6% fee + lawyer fee+ .... If beginning 50/50 with trainer. Very disappointed.

      A lot of education/training, great office support, helpful brokers, good starting company for new agents

      Cons

      Office fees, high transaction fees for agents, high legal defense fund fee, hard to get to a higher split
