      Pros

      Great atmosphere, everyone's in it together even if things get tough. Events are amazing, lots of fun opportunities. Christmas party is seriously great.

      Cons

      Long hours, basic pay (it's a charity), no appreciation from senior management, not much progressio available.

      Free food for services, make acquaintances, great management, and the staff are friendly and understanding.

      Cons

      Needs to be more direct and face-to-face communication other than that it's amazing.
