Pros
You can work from home and speak English with people who are mostly nice.
Cons
Slave-like job: Extremely low pay and a conveyor belt of students. You only have 5 minutes between classes to manage writing a report for the previous one and preparing for the next. They offer shifts of 5-7 hours, but you only get paid for the lessons you actually teach. If there's a gap with no class, you won't be paid for that time, even though you have to sit and wait in case the shift manager throws an extra class at you at the last minute. If no class appears, you've just wasted your time. You might also encounter a rude student who is angry about being called, for instance, if he cancelled his classes but the customer support didn't remove him from the schedule. Furthermore, you are required to attend their training lectures for English teachers and won't always be paid for that time.
