Pros

The people there were generally knowledgeable and there were some very friendly and caring people that made certain teams function well.

Cons

The company professed the identity of a "Learning Company" while simultaneously denying or making the logical promotions and opportunities for employees to develop themselves, extremely difficult. The company in this respect seemed to speak out of both side of its mouth and the employees were left feeling shafted and dejected.

Pros

Parking was the only thing I liked.

Cons

If you want to work here, be mentally prepared to pull of all-nighters. The company expects you to work a lot of extra hours, and in most cases, you will not be paid for the extra effort. Now tell me, do you want to join such a company?

Pros

+ Met a C-list celebrity at the event + Decent food at the event + Interesting panels and speakers at the event + 7-11 nearby has decent coffee + Garage parking at building

Cons

- Worked like an animal for the months leading up to the event including weekends, unpaid overtime, even all nighters sometimes - Management is constantly changing their minds about how things should be done, after hours and hours of doing it the way they had previously asked you to do something - Management is emotionally unstable. Constantly yelling at employees and each other. - Always felt as though I had to walk on eggshells around management. - Pays below experience level. Promises raises and bonuses, but never delivers them. - Management has an old way of thinking. Doesn't want to change any of it.
