Pros

The recruiters are kind! So is corporate!

Cons

In my experience, management at the highest levels operates like a closed boys’ club. The top circle of executives is made up of best friends—some of whom were in fraternities together—managing each other and protecting their own interests above all else. Promotions and raises are rarely given, and performance reviews are often skipped entirely. Power is kept centralized, and I observed that the same inner circle is consistently rewarded, while others—especially women—are overlooked regardless of merit. Many talented people I worked with left because of the dishonesty and favoritism. If you’re a woman, you will likely hit a ceiling here unless you manage to become socially close with someone in the inner circle. That shouldn’t be the professional path to growth, but it’s the only one I saw rewarded. There are no women in the C-suite or anywhere close to executive leadership, and the company effectively eliminated HR, replacing it with a figurehead aligned with those already in power. The company’s “core values” are used more as PR messaging than as real standards. Despite years of giving 200%, I was repeatedly passed over. When I finally asked for a performance review after being skipped a second year, I was told I might want to consider quitting—a tactic that felt like a way to avoid accountability rather than handle things professionally. In my opinion, leadership here cannot be trusted. There’s more going on behind the scenes than I can say in this review. I’d encourage anyone considering this company to do outside research or a google search on the people you may be working for.

Pros

I had a truly positive onboarding experience with The Intersect Group and can confidently say the process exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, the recruiters & operations coordinators were professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive. Communication was clear, timely, and consistent, which made the entire onboarding process feel smooth and well-organized. They took the time to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure I felt prepared every step of the way. What stood out most was the level of care and professionalism shown throughout the process. Starting a new role can naturally bring some anxiety, and the team at The Intersect Group did an excellent job of easing those concerns through transparency, encouragement, and follow-through. I’m grateful for the experience and would highly recommend The Intersect Group to anyone seeking a recruiting partner that values people, communication, and professionalism.

Cons

The onboarding process moved quickly, which required prompt attention.
