Pros

Literally cannot think of something positive to say outside of the office space was cool since they REQUIRED everyone in office 5 days a week.

Cons

Textbook definition of toxic workplace environment - as in zero flexibility, non-negotiable compensation, measure success based on metrics vs. quality of the work. I observed blatant favoritism towards those that were young, white and societally attractive. By favoritism I mean promotions that weren't earned and minorities given excuses as to why their promotions and such were delayed or never followed through with. Disclaimer: Wasn't fired nor am I disgruntled. I was overwhelmingly shocked the entire time I worked there and knew within the first month that I couldn't work for a company that put so much stock in weekly metrics that the quality of the jobs, candidates, preparedness, etc. fell to the wayside. I stopped calling candidates because the open jobs weren't qualified and nobody cared that you were essentially calling to waste people's time.

Pros

I had a truly positive onboarding experience with The Intersect Group and can confidently say the process exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, the recruiters & operations coordinators were professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive. Communication was clear, timely, and consistent, which made the entire onboarding process feel smooth and well-organized. They took the time to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure I felt prepared every step of the way. What stood out most was the level of care and professionalism shown throughout the process. Starting a new role can naturally bring some anxiety, and the team at The Intersect Group did an excellent job of easing those concerns through transparency, encouragement, and follow-through. I’m grateful for the experience and would highly recommend The Intersect Group to anyone seeking a recruiting partner that values people, communication, and professionalism.

Cons

The onboarding process moved quickly, which required prompt attention.
