Pros

I can’t think of any

Cons

As a former technical recruiter and account manager at The Intersect Group, I find myself compelled to express my discontent with the company. The expectations placed upon employees were not only unrealistic but also unattainable, creating a work environment that was perpetually stressful and demoralizing. The recruitment industry, as represented by The Intersect Group, operates on laughably abysmal margins, making a mockery of professional standards and ethics. The pressure exerted by upper management was nothing short of suffocating. It was particularly disheartening to see this pressure emanate from individuals who seemed to have never evolved beyond their college fraternity days, with conversations often regressing to tales of past frat escapades, despite being well into their 40s. This behavior not only undermined the professionalism expected in a corporate environment but also highlighted a disturbing lack of maturity and growth. Moreover, the company's approach to gender dynamics was deeply troubling. Women were often put in uncomfortable situations, merely to secure a deal, reflecting a culture that prioritizes profit over respect and integrity. This not only shows a lack of ethical responsibility but also a blatant disregard for creating a safe and respectful workplace.Financially, the compensation was abysmal, reflecting the company's tendency to exploit the vulnerability of recent college graduates desperate for employment. This exploitation is indicative of a predatory business model that preys on the inexperience of young professionals, offering them little in return for their hard work and dedication. In summary, my experience at The Intersect Group was disheartening and disillusioning, revealing a company that operates on outdated principles, exploiting its workforce to maintain minimal profit margins, all the while fostering an unhealthy and unprofessional corporate culture.

Pros

I had a truly positive onboarding experience with The Intersect Group and can confidently say the process exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, the recruiters & operations coordinators were professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive. Communication was clear, timely, and consistent, which made the entire onboarding process feel smooth and well-organized. They took the time to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure I felt prepared every step of the way. What stood out most was the level of care and professionalism shown throughout the process. Starting a new role can naturally bring some anxiety, and the team at The Intersect Group did an excellent job of easing those concerns through transparency, encouragement, and follow-through. I’m grateful for the experience and would highly recommend The Intersect Group to anyone seeking a recruiting partner that values people, communication, and professionalism.

Cons

The onboarding process moved quickly, which required prompt attention.
