Promotions are not based on tenure or education, but your ability to show success in your role and potential to succeed in other promoted roles. It's this promotion based culture that offers opportunity for individual contributors to grow quickly into leadership and promoted roles, which I love! Most importantly, it's a compensation structure that allows top producing Recruiters, Account Managers and Management to gain Incentive Units to participate in financial success of the company. I have been at other companies where these perks were reserved for Senior Leadership. It's exciting to be part of a company where all top producers can share in the companies long term financial success.
