Pros

This used to be a really great company that actually cared about the people that worked for it. Back when the organization was at it's best, culture, people, and quality were the main drivers for why people wanted to work here. Unfortunately, that's all changed over the past couple of years.

Cons

- Within the past few years, all of management that actually drove the culture has been fired. - We went very quickly from a quality show to a transactional one - Leadership now drives the team to attend Gentlemen's Clubs with them as "Team Outings" which is extremely creepy and uncomfortable - If you don't attend these group activities, you're seen as not being a part of the team or an outsider - It's fairly common for members of the team to drink at lunch, and return to the office drunk.....which tends to drastically effect productivity if you're depending on them for production - Everyone focuses their time on looking like their working, but actually doing very little....it's become a political environment of finger pointing and diverting blame. - This feedback is specific to the IT group of the organization, which is again disappointing because it used to be a really great team.

Pros

I had a truly positive onboarding experience with The Intersect Group and can confidently say the process exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, the recruiters & operations coordinators were professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive. Communication was clear, timely, and consistent, which made the entire onboarding process feel smooth and well-organized. They took the time to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure I felt prepared every step of the way. What stood out most was the level of care and professionalism shown throughout the process. Starting a new role can naturally bring some anxiety, and the team at The Intersect Group did an excellent job of easing those concerns through transparency, encouragement, and follow-through. I’m grateful for the experience and would highly recommend The Intersect Group to anyone seeking a recruiting partner that values people, communication, and professionalism.

Cons

The onboarding process moved quickly, which required prompt attention.
