Pros
Somewhat independent working days. In the morning the jobs would be loaded to my board, then hopefully I could just head out on the road and complete the jobs. No one from head office would contact me on most days, which was great.
Cons
Easily the most poorly ran company I have worked for. The scheduling was a cruel joke, the pay was even worse. All of this for a dying industry (satellite tv). Dishonesty runs rampant, if you ever call into the office, record your conversation.
