When you start working here it feels like a great place to work but over time you realize that management/CEO does not give a crap about staff. You end up used and underappreciated. Staff is fired or laid off constantly and then they try to pretend like it didn't happen. Rather than having conversations with staff they would rather reduce staff so they can save money. During my time there I saw blatant racism, ablism, unethical behavior, and a constant direction to sweep stuff under the rug. If you speak up, you will be let go because you will be seen as a troublemaker because leadership wants to do whatever they want rather than actually make a difference and learn how to be better leaders.
