      Pros

      Non-management employees were great to work with. Casual attire. This was a wonderful company to work for UNTIL change in ownership; then it was all downhill.

      Cons

      Constant changes in management and huge employee turnover due to toxic work environment. No work/life balance with long hours always expected. Vacation time revoked due to work loads but no monetary reimbursement or carry over to next year. Terrible health insurance benefits. No opportunity for advancement.

      Some of the people are nice

      Cons

      Employees are treated like indentured servants rather than valued team members. There is no work-life balance. Employees are expected to work days, nights, weekends & holidays without complaint and they do not have the right to say no. If you value your health and mental well-being, don't go to work for this company.
