Pros
I cant think of any pros. From my first day it was utter chaos. I dont know how this company is still in business. They have no morals or values. There is no HR so ethics are thrown out the window.
Cons
Management switched titles amd positions multiple times. 8 people were fired in about a 12 week period. They talk about transparency and trust but these are fluff words so they can keep the current staff disillusioned about what is really going on. The management team is a joke. They will be nice amd speak to if they need something but once you complete the task they have no use for you. Noone speaks. You come in by 8, get staright to work. Everyone leaves for lunch 12-1 then come back to a tense,silent workplace. This culture is toxic. They get care how late you work or how many hours you work as long as you make sure you are there at 8am. You know uts terrible place when people have to ask what kind of mood a sr. Level staff memeber is in before you decide to ask a question ir respond to an email. And God forbid you ask questions to one manager. She will look at you like you have 3 heads and belittle you. Absolutely beware!!!
