      Pros

      Free cake is one of the best pros! Most days are enjoyable because of the friendly customers - most people in there are in a good mood because you are giving them cake!

      Cons

      EXTREMELY poor management from top management to store managers. They will use you as a work horse and do not respect you. Shame, because it could be a great company to work for and the staff are all so dedicated.

      Overworking staff due to new management Catering for 5 branches in 1 shop, so constantly busy You can end up doing like 13/14 hr shifts with a 30min break Low pay
