Upper management is a complete joke. About every 9 months, the ENTIRE management structure at the company is fired or has quit. Owner will micro-manage your every step. Constant money issues within the company. Bounced paychecks are, bounced vendor checks, and incoherent decisions made from delusional senior Managers who have no experience in this industry are the norm. Favoritism and nepotism is rampant. Some salaried Managers allowed to take tables and events for tips thus creating poor morale among the staff. 60 hours or more is the norm for the Managers.
