Sometimes parking can be tough but once you learn it, it's easier.

Diversity. There are seasoned professionals, and there are those who are newer and eager to learn, grow, and find their niche. There are young and there are old (well, there was me. I was the oldest at age 62). There are male and female. There are those from differing backgrounds and experiences. From the wonderful admin people to the caring therapists, the folks who have and do work there are interesting, sincere, talented, and kind. The owner was very willing to work with me with any concerns I had. I was able to change my shifts going from mostly nights to all days. Later when I wanted to cut back my days I was able to do so.

In a small business there is not a huge pool of people to pull from when the need arises to take time off, so planning is a must. But as long as one's agreed upon shift can be covered by someone else there is never a problem.
