      pay not being recognized by higher up No room to grow unless you suck up even though they say you can cannot speak your mind no help from management when you need them all management is Remote no face-to-face encounters with management

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
