      Most management is great at managing

      The CEO actually came out and said they hire DEI, well I know one. They have been at a management position for almost a year and has no clue how to do the job. They torment their employees with harassment and blackmail them to get their much needed PTO time.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
