Pros
Great team, very kind management (in my department), provide training, not bad benifits, receive bonuses, opportunities to move around, continues DEI initiatives (ironically the higher up you get on the chain, the DEI ceases), nice people to work with
Cons
Low pay/raises “based on other companies” disregarding the outrageous cost of living, out of touch upper management, high stress job (part of the job though), HR can be unhelpful, CEO forcing everyone back in the office
